Getting Started

Let's get you going

  1. Select a grinder head
Press the top button while pulling the grinder head out to remove it.
The Digger (rings texture) removes thicker calluses
The Sander (even bumps) smooths rough areas.

  2. Turn on and choose a speed
Press and hold the power button to start.
Press again to switch between LOW and HIGH.

  3. Grind your calluses
Move the grinder across the callused area and keep it moving.
Do not press hard or stay in one spot for more than a few seconds.

  4. Work gradually
Remove small amounts at a time until the callus feels smooth and even with the surrounding skin.

  5. Clean after use
Turn off the device and blow/wipe the grinding area clean.

Callus Care Philosophy

Grip Grinder is designed to maintain calluses—not remove them completely. Healthy, even calluses help protect your hands and reduce the risk of tearing during training.

Best Practices

  • Use before workouts, not when skin is sore or inflamed.

  • Focus on thick or raised calluses, not healthy skin.

  • Short sessions (10–30 seconds per area) are usually enough.

Precautions

  • Do not use on open wounds, cuts, or bleeding skin.

  • Stop immediately if you feel pain or irritation.

  • Do not apply heavy pressure—let the tool do the work.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • For external use only.

Care & Maintenance

  • Keep the device clean and dry.

  • Replace grinding heads when worn.

  • Store in your gym bag or another dry location.
